Safeguard label for highest hygiene standards
Corona has changed the world, but it's not meant to stay that way forever. That's why the Hotel Berlin, Berlin is declaring war on the virus with the highest hygiene standards. The thoroughly thorough checklist of new measures - drawn up with Bureau Veritas, a renowned testing and inspection company with many years of experience in occupational health and safety - leaves no area in the hotel out: from the lobby and reception to the last corner of every room, everything has been redesigned in line with the new challenges.
"For us, it is a matter of course to take the new hygiene regulations just as seriously as to ensure the impeccable origin of our food and to adhere to our concept of sustainability without compromise," explains Jan-Patrick Krüger, who as regional director looks after the hotels of the Pandox Group in Bremen, Dortmund, Hanover, Lübeck and Berlin. Therefore, the hotels of the Pandox Group have worked closely with Bureau Veritas and further developed the hygiene standards to fit each hotel. So now, when employees insist on keeping their distance, rooms are left empty 24 hours a day, disinfectants are dispensed at every corner, a fresh breeze blows throughout the hotel, and even in the elevator the modern Corona etiquette must be observed, it is only to protect guests and employees - one for all, all for one.
